We want everyone to be able to use this website, regardless of their abilities or the technology they use. This statement explains how accessible our site is, what we are doing about it and how to contact us if you find a problem.
Conformance status
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. This website is currently partially conformant: most of the site meets the standard, but some content does not yet fully comply. This assessment is based on our own internal review and has not been verified by an independent third-party audit.
What we do to keep the site accessible
- Text alternatives for images that convey information.
- Descriptive names for links and buttons, so they make sense when read out by a screen reader.
- Headings in a logical order, to make it easier to navigate the page.
- Colour contrast between text and background that meets the minimum required ratio.
- Full keyboard navigation, without needing a mouse.
- A responsive layout that adapts to different screen sizes and zoom levels.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not be fully accessible:
- Third-party content. Payment, translation and social media components are provided by external services, and we do not control their code.
- Older content. Some documents and images published in the past may lack text alternatives.
- Embedded content. Videos or maps hosted on external platforms may not offer captions or full keyboard support.
We work to correct these issues as we find them.
