  • Initial Contact:<\/strong> We offer support via email, chat, and YouTube videos. If your issue remains unresolved, we\u2019ll arrange a personal video call with one of our representatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    • Multilingual Support:<\/strong> Our support services are available in both English and Spanish.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      • Repair Process:<\/strong> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        1. If the issue can be resolved by you, we\u2019ll provide the necessary parts free of charge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. If the problem requires professional repair, we\u2019ll send you a prepaid shipping label to return the machine to us. Once repaired, we\u2019ll cover the return shipping costs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. There are no charges for parts or labor.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          • Shipping and Taxes:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            1. We cover shipping and taxes for machines located in Europe and the UK.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. For machines outside these regions, including those relocated from their original country of sale, customers are responsible for shipping and taxes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                1. Our warranty is in addition from consumer rights provided by law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                2. Instances of machine misuse void the warranty, and we reserve the right to cancel the warranty.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                3. Repair costs incurred due to machine misuse are not covered under warranty.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  • If a repair is needed that you can do, we will sell you the parts and help you make the repair yourself.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
